They are machined in-house from billet 7075-T6 domestic aircraft quality aluminum for optimum strength and fatigue resistance. We dont use cheaper import materials. The bars are broached for large 1.5″ 35 splines and pocketed to reduce weight. They are then bead blasted for a matte finish and anodized black with the KINETIK logo lazer etched.
