2006 Ford F-150 Pre-runner

The truck started out as a 2006 Ford F-150 Supercab with a 5.4L engine. Watch the progress of this truck as it gets transformed into an off-road beast! Check back for updates on new parts for the truck as well as the custom work the build team at Camburg Engineering will perform on this truck.

Cab cage is just about completed. Next is the steering. We will use a Howe Trophy Truck rack with a custom ram to drive the rack. Here are some pictures of the truck as of today. The floor sheet metal is completed, The front and rear suspension and cage is just about completed. More steering pictures coming as soon as we get the parts! Sorry for the delay in completing this truck but racing the BITD series and leading the points is second on our list after building parts for our day to day business.

Floor plates. These plates are made to seal the floor of the cab after the tubes have been installed.

We have been working on other trucks for the last few months. We will be back on this truck in the next month.

Here is a picture of the rear of the truck. We have had a ton of requests to see the rear tube work. We have not worked on this truck for the last few months. The guys in the shop just started back up on this truck as we now have more of the parts needed to complete the steering system. We will be utilizing the HOWE Trophy Truck rack custom mounted to a sub-frame.
